Bhetki Macher Paturi : The Most demanded Steamed Fish Preparation .

INGREDIENTS :

Bhetki / Indian Salmon .

Green Banana Leaf ,

Yellow Mustard Paste

Mustard Oil

Salt n Sugar

Fresh Coconut Grated

Ginger Green Chilly Jeera Paste

Turmeric

Curd

Green Chilly Slitted

METHOD :

Cut the fish in to 50 gm size , soak the mustard seeds in warm water with ginger green chilly and Jeera , make a paste of it and strain ,

Take a big bowl , take mustard paste , add ginger and chilly paste , add mustard oil , curd , salt and seasoning , turmeric , mix it well ,

marinate the fish for minimum 3 hours .

Thake the banana leaf , season it fire so that it become soft , Place the Marination and fish into Banana leaf square , tied it up

Steam the Fish for 30 minutes , take out , heat the pan with mustard oil , pan fry for 2 minutes each side . Serve Hot
