Ilisher Lej Bhorta :….a delicacy recipe influenced from Mejban Bangladesh Cuisine .

INGREDIENTS  :

1 tsp Turmeric Powder

2 tsp Salt

50 gm Onion (Optional )

20 gm Green Chilly Chopped

For Fry Mustard Oil

1 tsp Red chilly Powder

3 gm Red Chilly Whole

5 gm Chopped Coriander

30 gm Barista / Fried Onion

½ tsp Lemon Juice ( Optional)

3 gm Garlic Fried ( Optional)

METHOD :

Wash and Clean the Hilsha Fish Tail nicely ( it contains more thrones ) , rub it with salt and turmeric powder , keep a side , take a Kadhai ..heat the mustard oil , Deep fry till crispy golden , finely sliced onion , golden fried it , fry the red chilly whole and crush it .

Take a bowl , put the fried Hilsha tail , crushed it nicely , take out the extra thrones and bones out , add the same mustard oil , onions slice , brown onion , lemon juice , season it , add all other spices and ingredients . lets have a smoky taste …..Serve warm.
