  Biscuit Base  
200 Gm Digestive cookies
100 Gm Melted butter
50 Gm Granulated sugar
  Cheese base  
300 Gm Cream cheese
120 Gm Castor sugar
10 No Whole eggs
50 Gm Sour cream
60 Gm Hazelnut praline
100 Gm Fresh cream
  Praline shooters  
150 Gm Cream
250 Gm Hazelnut Praline
150 Gm Double cream

Methods:

Fine crush all biscuit mix with butter and sugar

Spread on baking ring, bake at 165.c for 10mints

Creaming the cheese with sugar and sour cream, add gradually add egg one by one in to it.

At last add hazelnut praline and cream, bake at 140 .c for 60mints
