RECIPE OF THE WEEK : DRY FRUIT BURFI

Name Of The Preparation: DRY FRUIT BARFI

1 Cashew nuts 8 gm
2 Pista 8gm
3 ghee 0.05 gm
4 cardamon powder 1gm
5 Almond 0.05 gm
6 liquid glucose 10gm
7 silver bolls 2nos
8 honey 10gm
9 saffron 1gm
METHOD
1  chop all dry fruit and saute with ghee in a non stick pan
2 For the filling, mix all the chopped nuts,add honey  glucose into the pot till the mixture get worm keep aside.
3 Now, take a flat pan or burfi tray make small pices to cut like burfi. Put silver bolls and saffron on the burfii. ready to serve.
