Etihad Airways is expanding its network in India, by re-introducing a direct service between Abu Dhabi and Kolkata, effective from 26th March. With a total of seven weekly nonstop services to/from Abu Dhabi, the airline will be connecting Abu Dhabi to eastern India’s financial capital, Kolkata.
To celebrate this milestone, Etihad Airways invites all stakeholders to join the lunch and networking event to connect with industry professionals and their senior management team.
Mr. Anil Punjabi, Chairman (East) of Travel Agents Federation of India (TAFI) said that it is a great news for the travellers from the state. “ Tourism industry has bounced back post covid completely and slowly the re introduction of the direct international flights proves that the business is growing in the eastern part of the country and in Bengal. We welcome the Abu Dhabi- Kolkata daily flight of Etihad Airways,” added Mr. Anil Punjabi.
“We are pleased to resume flights from Kolkata to Abu Dhabi and beyond and we would love you to join us,”the company invitaion said.
