Over the course of his career, Mr. Gill has successfully managed pre-opening operations, drivenguest satisfaction scores, and represented hospitality brands in highly competitive markets. Hisinternational exposure at Avista Hideaway MGallery Hotels in Phuket, Thailand, where he helped theproperty secure an impressive 94% in the LQA Audit, demonstrates his focus on service quality andoperational excellence.
In India, he has held leadership roles with renowned brands such as Welcome Hotel by ITC (JimCorbett), Club Mahindra, Ambassador Pallava, Avasa Hotels, and Acacia Goa, consistently enhancingguest experiences and leading high-performance teams. He has also represented hotels duringmedia interactions, influencer collaborations, and corporate tie-ups, strengthening brand visibilityand positioning properties as guest-centric destinations.
