Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will inaugurate the Madhya Pradesh Travel Mart (MPTM) 2025 as the Chief Guest on Saturday, October 11, at 6 PM at the Kushabhau Thakre International Convention Centre, Bhopal.
Union Minister of Tourism and Culture Mr. Gajendra Singh Shekhawat will be present as a Special Guest, while Minister of State for Culture, Tourism, and Religious Trusts (Independent Charge), Mr. Dharmendra Bhav Singh Lodhi, will preside over the program.
Before the main event, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will hold one-on-one meetings with specially invited delegates to discuss tourism investments and collaboration opportunities.
An MoU between the Tourism Department and the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) will also be signed in the presence of the Chief Minister at Bharat Bhavan. The aim of this agreement is to develop tourism infrastructure, services, and public amenities around ASI-protected monuments in the state.

The three-day event will see participation from over 700 delegates, including 100+ international tour operators from 27 countries, 150 domestic tour operators, 355 sellers, film industry representatives, and media professionals.
Awards, MoUs, and Launches:
During the event, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will present Letters of Award (LoA) to investor Mr. Vinayak Kalani for the construction of a golf course in Raisen district and a wellness resort in Khandwa district.
To promote tourism, MoUs will be exchanged with Curly Tales (influencer marketing agency), Balaji Telefilms, and the Atavi Bird Foundation.
The “Impact Assessment Report on the Madhya Pradesh Film Tourism Policy” will also be released.
Additionally, Madhya Pradesh Tourism will launch its new international television commercial (TVC).
LoAs will also be presented to Ease My Trip for setting up and managing tent cities in Hanumantia, Mandu, and Tamiya, and to Aagman for similar development in Orchha.
To improve connectivity to tourist destinations, LoAs will be awarded to Jet Serve Aviation Pvt. Ltd. and Trans Bharat Aviation Pvt. Ltd. to launch helicopter services in the state.
Experience ‘Incredible Madhya Pradesh’ through FAM Trips:
In line with Chief Minister Dr. Yadav’s vision to promote tourism and attract investment, the MPTM will host pre- and post-FAM (Familiarization) trips—a total of 14 curated travel experiences for over 200 domestic and international delegates.
Delegates have explored destinations such as Khajuraho, Panna, Orchha, Bhimbetka, Madhai, Pachmarhi, Indore, Maheshwar, Mandu, Ujjain, Jabalpur, Kanha, Pench, and Bhopal.
Through these trips, participants experienced Madhya Pradesh’s rural culture, ancient heritage, rich traditions, and natural beauty up close.
They also engaged with local lifestyles, folk art, handicrafts, and village life, witnessing the true essence of “Incredible Madhya Pradesh.”
These immersive experiences have given both Indian and international tour operators a deeper understanding of the state’s tourism offerings—paving the way for new opportunities in tourism promotion and investment in the near future.
