On December 24 and 25, Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences brings the spirit of Christmas alive across The Square and The Ministry of Kebabs (MOK), offering guests two distinctive festive dining experiences. At The Square, celebrations unfold with a thoughtfully curated Christmas Eve dinner buffet and an indulgent Christmas Day brunch, showcasing global and traditional yuletide delicacies, live carving stations, signature dessert counters, and festive beverage pairings including mulled wine and Christmas-inspired cocktails. Adding to the cheer are Santa’s visits with treats for children, live band performances featuring carols and contemporary melodies, and a dedicated kids’ activity zone—creating a joyful, family-friendly atmosphere.

At The Ministry of Kebabs, Santa greets guests with a special welcome drink on both days, followed by a specially crafted festive menu highlighting the chef’s signature creations. Complemented by mulled wine, bespoke beverage packages, live band performances, and exclusive giveaways, the celebrations at MOK promise a warm, musical, and truly memorable Christmas experience on both December 24 and 25.

The Christmas menu at The Square presents an elaborate festive buffet, featuring a Winter Salad Bar, a Pasta Toss Station, and live roast carving counters. Standout offerings include Classic Roast Turkey with Cranberry Sauce, Honey-Glazed Ham with Pineapple Jus, and Grilled Chicken Roulade with Chestnut Stuffing, CakeFrutti De Mare, Maple Velvet Pork with Honey Glaze, Wellington , Heirloom vegetable & Herb Pot Pie, Roasted Turkey with Giblet Cravy,  complemented by indulgent desserts such as Strawberry Buche De Noel, Chocolate Log, German Stollen Bread, Plum A selection of seasonal beverages—including mulled wine, hot toddies, and signature mocktails—adds a festive flourish to the dining experience. At The Ministry of Kebabs (MOK), guests can enjoy Tikha Tandoori Wings, Tunde Kebab, Nihari, Mirch Masala Seekh, Paratdar Paneer Tikka, Ranrgez.

On December 31, Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences ushers in the New Year with vibrant celebrations at both The Square and The Ministry of Kebabs (MOK). At The Square, guests are invited to indulge in a grand New Year’s Eve buffet highlighting global and Indian favourites, exclusive live stations, chef-curated selections, and an indulgent dessert spread featuring New Year–themed pastries and confections. Curated beverage packages and playful party props at each table add to the festive mood. The countdown comes alive with an energetic performance by the all-ladies live band, EI Graffito, while a dedicated kids’ activity zone with games and treats ensures younger guests are equally entertained.

In addition, the Eiffel Ballroom at Novotel Kolkata will host a signature New Year’s Eve celebration—BOLLY EVE 2026: Lights, Camera, Action—on December 31, 2025, from 8:00 PM to 12:30 AM. Guests can look forward to an electrifying evening featuring high-energy DJ sets and a live band, with a dynamic digital countdown led by DJ Akash. The celebration includes a thoughtfully curated chef’s menu with pass-around snacks, unlimited dining, and a selection of beverages. The celebrations continue on January 1, 2026, with a special New Year brunch hosted across both The Square and The Ministry of Kebabs (MOK). Bespoke beverage packages, crafted in association with the hotel’s beverage partners, enhance the experience.
