Our Foundation first imagined bringing world leaders, thinkers, seekers, and business executives into one shared space of dialogue in 2010, the idea seemed unusual. At a time when conferences largely revolved around economics, trade, or technology, his vision for the World Confluence of Humanity, Power & Spirituality was strikingly different. The premise was simple yet radical: business and governance cannot be separated from values and spirituality. If prosperity comes at the cost of harmony, compassion, and service, it is not true prosperity.
Sixteen years later, the World Confluence has become a powerful movement — a unique platform where corporate leaders and spiritual masters, scientists and saints, policy-makers and students exchange perspectives on how humanity can move forward. It is no longer just a conference; it is a conversation that continues to expand the global consciousness. The Confluence rests on a clear set of objectives that guide every dialogue, session and theme. This vision stems from the belief that humanity is at a critical juncture — technological progress and economic growth are accelerating, but ethical frameworks and inner balance often lag behind. To sustain prosperity, values must be integrated into the way we live, work, and lead. Since its inception in 2010 in Kolkata, the Confluence has grown in stature and reach. Over 16 editions, it has been hosted in cities including Kolkata, London, and New Delhi. Each edition has brought together an eclectic mix of leaders from different walks of life:
– Former Presidents of India, Governors, Parliamentarians and Ministers.
– Spiritual Luminaries from India and abroad.
– Scientists, Entrepreneurs, and Nobel Laureates.
– Social Reformers and Educationists.
The diversity of voices has been its strength. Unlike many conferences that follow a strict professional theme, the Confluence thrives on unity in diversity.
