This exclusive month-long culinary celebration brings together authentic and exotic dishes from six countries namely Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and Provincial China for the first time in the city at Chowman outlets.
Following the tremendous success of the festival in other Indian metros, Mumbai is now set to discover the authentic regional flavors, time-honored recipes, and culinary treasures that have captivated audiences nationwide. From Japan’s delicate precision of flavors in Yaki Udon and Korea’s bold, hearty traditions of Jajangmyeong to Vietnam’s fresh sensibilities infused in Gui Cuon, Thailand’s spice-forward excellence of Phad Bai Kra Prow, Malaysia’s rich coconut-infused complexities like the Laksa Lemak Bowl, and Provincial China’s smoky depths of Burnt Red Pepper Fish, every dish has been meticulously curated to honor its culinary origins.
