| To soak: | ||
| 1 | Rum and sugar(sugar syrup) | 1tsp |
| For the Filling: | ||
| 1 | strawberry compot | 2tsp |
| 2 | cinnamon | 1 stick |
| 3 | sweetened, whipped cream | 40gm |
| 4 | Chocolate to decorate | 10gm |
| Preparation time: | ||
| 1 | Whip egg and sugar together until light and fluffy. | |
| 2 | Fold in flour, cocoa and baking powder with water. | |
| 3 | put into a round ring Bake at 190 degrees C for 15 minutes. | |
| 4 | Remove from oven, cool and split in half horizontally. | |
| 5 | Soak sponge with rum sugar syrup. | |
| 6 | Cook strawberry in syrup cinnamon | |
| 8 | Layer the cake with whipped cream and strawberry. | |
| 9 | Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate and serve chilled. |
