Name Of The Preparation: Black snow Gateau

1 Egg 1egg
2 Castor sugar 20gms
3 R.flour 15gms
4 cocoa 8gms
5 baking powder .005gm
6 warm water 1tsp
To soak:
1 Rum and sugar(sugar syrup) 1tsp
For the Filling:
1 strawberry compot 2tsp
2 cinnamon 1 stick
3 sweetened, whipped cream 40gm
4 Chocolate to decorate 10gm
Preparation time:
1 Whip egg and sugar together until light and fluffy.
2 Fold in flour, cocoa and baking powder with water.
3 put into a round ring Bake at 190 degrees C for 15 minutes.
4 Remove from oven, cool and split in half horizontally.
5 Soak sponge with rum sugar syrup.
6 Cook strawberry in syrup cinnamon
8 Layer the cake with whipped cream and strawberry.
9 Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate and serve chilled.
