Akasa Air, India’s fastest-growing airline, is set to commence operations from Noida International Airport, connecting it directly with two key Indian cities, marking a pivotal moment in its expansion journey and in the shaping of a new era of aviation connectivity in India.
Effective 16 June 2026, Akasa Air will commence daily direct flights connecting Noida International Airport with Bengaluru and Navi Mumbai, strengthening access to the National Capital Region (NCR)while linking it with two of India’s most dynamic economic centres. Bookings for flights are now open on Akasa Air’s website www.akasaair.com, Android and iOS app and through multiple leading OTAs.
The expansion underscores Akasa Air’s forward-looking network strategy, aligned with India’s rapidly evolving aviation infrastructure landscape. As one of India’s newest greenfield airports, Noida International Airport is poised to play a transformative role in decongesting the Delhi NCR airspace, enhancing regional accessibility, and catalysing economic growth across western Uttar Pradesh and the broader NCR.

Akasa Air’s entry into this airport is aligned with its long-term network and growth strategy, focused on building scale at high-potential aviation hubs, and enhancing air travel accessibility. The airline will continue to progressively strengthen its network from Noida International Airport, expanding both domestic and international connectivity over time.
Akasa Air will also operate a state-of-the-art MRO facility within the airport premises, offering advanced MRO services, supporting a broad spectrum of aircraft maintenance activities and ensuring high standards of operational efficiency and safety.
