Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, one of India’s leading hospitality companies, today announced the signing of two new properties – Lemon Tree Hotel, Siddharthanagar in Nepal and Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh. The signings further strengthen the group’s presence across India and Nepal, adding scale to its established operations in both markets.
Both properties will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
In Nepal, the signing of Lemon Tree Hotel, Siddharthanagar, takes the group’s portfolio to eight properties, comprising five operational hotels and three upcoming properties. Strategically located in Siddhartha Nagar, Rupandehi, the hotel will further strengthen Lemon Tree Hotels’ presence in the country while benefiting from its proximity to Lumbini, one of the world’s most important Buddhist pilgrimage destinations, as well as the India–Nepal border.

Lemon Tree Hotel, Siddharthanagar will offer 120 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting/conference room, along with recreational facilities including a bar lounge, a swimming pool, spa, fitness centre and thoughtfully designed public areas. Bhairahawa Airport is approximately 2 km from the hotel, while the property is well connected by road to major cities across Nepal and India.
The signing of Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Vijayawada, takes the group’s presence in Andhra Pradesh to 11 properties, comprising six operational hotels and five upcoming properties. Within Vijayawada, the group will have five properties, including three operational hotels and two in the pipeline, further strengthening its presence in one of the state’s key commercial and administrative centres
The upcoming hotel will feature 70 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting /conference room, spa and fitness centre. As a midscale brand, Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels is well suited to the city’s commercial activity and growing connectivity, offering a contemporary and dependable hospitality experience. Vijayawada Airport is approximately 19 km from the hotel, while Vijayawada Railway Station is just 1.5 km away, providing convenient access to the city and surrounding regions.
