Guests can savour Pav Bhaaji Shots and Schezwan Paneer Tikka alongside Amma’s Fish Cutlets, Murgh Seekh Kebab and Dynamite Prawns, while the appetizer selection offers lighter choices such as Melon Gazpacho, Beetroot Carpaccio with sour cream, and Asian Chicken Slaw.
The main course takes diners across cuisines, with comforting Three Cheese Truffle Mac and Cheese and fragrant Saffron-scented Cous Cous complemented by Moroccan Vegetable Tagine and Chermoula Grilled Fish. Asian favourites include Pad Thai Noodles and Thai Green Curry, while the Indian selection brings regional flavours to the table with Kovakai Kadalai Perattal, Panch Phoran Dal, Paneer Hari Mirch Do Pyaza and Mutton Yakhni Pulao, alongside an assortment of freshly prepared breads and raitas.
Adding to the sense of occasion are live stations serving Appam with Kadala Curry, freshly prepared pasta and nachos. The meal culminates on a sweet note with an indulgent dessert spread featuring Belgian Chocolate Mousse, Mixed Berry Panna Cotta, Mango Coconut Gateaux and Basil Creme Brulee, alongside Indian favourites including Kesar Pista Phirnee, Ada Pradhaman and Kesar Barfi.
