The roar of high-performance automobiles echoed through the Sahyadris as Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar Resort & Spa hosted The Super Car Route for a two-night, three-day drive to Kaas Plateau, Satara. Curated by Entertainment Bay, led by Mr. Zain Rais, the exclusive motoring experience brought together a select group of HNIs, industrialists and automobile enthusiasts for a weekend centred around driving, discovery and the outdoors.
The rally featured nearly 20 coveted performance cars, including McLaren, Porsche 911, Lamborghini, Nissan GT-R and BMW GT2000, among others. The impressive line-up took centre stage at the resort, with the Forest Lounge and main porch providing a dramatic setting for the automobiles against Mahabaleshwar’s lush landscape.
The group then embarked on a scenic drive through the roads of Satara towards Kaas Plateau, offering enthusiasts an opportunity to experience their prized automobiles against the winding roads and expansive landscapes of the region. As the group’s hospitality partner and a key stop along the route, Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar provided a natural transition from the excitement of the drive to a more relaxed mountain retreat. Guests experienced the resort’s culinary offerings and participated in a curated nature walk, allowing them to explore the verdant surroundings and unwind between drives.
