Celebrating the joy of food beyond the dining table, Sayaji Raipur will mark World Food Day on 16 October with an interactive Pasta and Sushi Making Workshop at Cravings.
The workshop will invite food enthusiasts, families, young professionals and aspiring home chefs to step into the chef’s shoes and explore the techniques behind two globally popular cuisines.
Participants will get an opportunity to learn about preparing fresh pasta and sushi, including techniques, ingredients and flavour combinations, while creating their own preparations in a hands-on culinary environment.
The experience is designed to combine learning with an enjoyable social activity, making it suitable for food enthusiasts looking to discover new culinary skills in an informal setting.
The workshop will be held from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and registrations will be available at ₹499 per person.
