Sujan Ganguly is a seasoned hospitality professional and an award-winning General Manager with over three decades of experience, with strong expertise in hotel operations, brand development, revenue performance, and business transformation across diverse hospitality markets.
He has worked with reputed hospitality brands such as Ginger Hotels by IHCL, Royal Orchid Hotels, Lords Hotels & Resorts, ITC Fortune Hotels, Taj Hotels (Jai Mahal Palace, Jaipur), Golden Tulip, Concept Hospitality, Sarovar Hotels, Peerless Inn Kolkata, and Quality Inn Kolkata, among others.
Known for his strategic and people-centric leadership style, Sujan excels in building high-performing teams, strengthening hotel operations, and driving property performance through strong operational discipline and innovative business strategies.
