APPOINTMENT: IHCL APPOINTS MR. JAVED DESHMUKH AS CLUSTER GENERAL MANAGER – NORTH GOA

 – Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) announces the appointment of Mr. Javed Deshmukh as Cluster General Manager – North Goa. In this role, he will oversee the operations and provide strategic direction to Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa, Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa, The Yellow House, IHCL SeleQtions, La Estoria – IHCL SeleQtions and amã Stays & Trails properties across North Goa.

Javed Deshmukh brings close to two decades of rich experience with IHCL. He began his career at the iconic Taj Mahal Palace & Tower, Mumbai and has since held key operational and leadership positions across the portfolio. Most recently, as Cluster General Manager Savoy Ooty, IHCL SeleQtions and Gateway, Coonoor, he successfully led multi-hotel operations, driving service excellence, operational efficiencies and strong commercial performance.

Over the years, he has developed deep expertise in operational strategy, financial stewardship, brand positioning, service leadership, and IHCL’s innovation-led initiatives.
