: India’s largest hospitality company, has been conferred the Best Audit Committee Award 2024–25 at the Asia Business Responsibility Summit. The recognition was presented by the Asian Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability.
The recognition underscores IHCL’s continued focus on enhancing financial oversight, strengthening risk management framework, promoting transparency and safeguarding shareholder and stakeholder interests. The award was adjudicated by an eminent jury chaired by Mr. Sanjiv Mehta, Chairman of the Summit and Awards Committee and was presented by Mr. Paul Polman, Former Global CEO, Unilever and Founder IMAGINE, UK.
The Asia Business Responsibility Summit brings together leading organisations committed to advancing responsible business practices in Asia. The Asian Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability has been honouring companies, industry leaders and directors since 2006 for their contribution to strengthening corporate governance and sustainable development.
