Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari inaugurated the B2B Meetings and Expo on the second day of the three-day Rajasthan Domestic Travel Mart (RDTM) 2025, organized under the joint aegis of the Federation of Hospitality and Tourism of Rajasthan (FHTR) and the Rajasthan Tourism Department, at BM Birla Convention Center on Saturday.

Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari was welcomed by Tourism Commissioner Rukmani Riyar and FHTR President Kuldeep Singh Chandela. She visited the exhibition and extended heartfelt congratulations to the Tourism Department and FHTR for organizing this grand event.

Diya Kumari said that such programs will help promote tourism, and the government will work in collaboration with the private sector.

The Deputy Chief Minister stated that increasing the number of tourists in Rajasthan is our primary goal. The state government is developing essential infrastructure for tourists.

She further said that a budget of ₹5,000 crore will be spent on tourism-related infrastructure development in Rajasthan. To ensure the convenience and safety of tourists, technological measures are also being implemented. A tourist app will soon be launched as part of these initiatives. She emphasized the importance of marketing in today’s era, adding that the state government and tourism department are actively working on marketing and branding Rajasthan. By promoting and preserving Rajasthan’s historical heritage, art, and culture through media and social media, new milestones can be set in the tourism sector.
On this occasion, Rajasthan Tourism Commissioner Rukmani Riyar, FHTR President Shri Kuldeep Singh Chandela, FHTR General Secretary CA Virendra S. Shekhawat, Senior Vice President Shri Surendra S. Shahpura, along with other distinguished guests, were present.
