Ministry of Kebabs at Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences invites guests to experience the elegance of royal cuisine with the Royal Awadhi Feast, a special culinary event curated by Chef Manzilat. Scheduled from May 22nd to 25th, this exclusive celebration brings to life the rich traditions of Awadhi cuisine, known for its slow-cooked delicacies, subtle spices, and refined flavours that once graced the royal courts of Lucknow.
The specially designed menu offers a rare opportunity to savour dishes that blend Mughal and Persian influences, showcasing the depth and artistry of Awadhi cooking. Guests can expect timeless classics such as Sabz Zafrani Kabab, Soya Shami Kabab, Awadhi Mutton Galauti Kabab, Kakori Kabab, Ramzaan Haleem, Aloo Bukhara Kofta, Khamiri roti, Ulta Tawa Paratha each prepared with care, authenticity, and a deep respect for tradition. To complement the feast, live Sufi music will fill the air, creating a soulful, immersive dining experience that celebrates both food and culture.
