STAAH, a leading global hospi-tech solutions firm, has turned around the business of Malhar Machi Holiday Resort located amid the breathtaking Sahyadri mountains and the tranquil Mulshi Backwaters. STAAH’s Channel Manager and SwiftBook solutions have helped the luxury property increase its online revenue and occupancy by 50 per cent.
The Malhar Machi Holiday Resort is a luxury nature retreat featuring 20 exquisitely designed rooms spread across 125 acres of pure natural beauty with panoramic views of rolling hills and backwaters. While the staff’s flawless guest experience was drawing in visitors, the property’s rates and inventory were not fully optimized, resulting in a drop in the brand’s direct online business.
STAAH Channel Manager minimized overbooking by updating real-time inventory and rates across all the property’s connected OTAs. Dynamic pricing allowed the staff to respond quickly to demand and market trends while the centralized dashboard enabled promotions, bulk updates, and reporting.
With STAAH’s SwiftBook embedded on the property’s website, Malhar Machi was able to grow lucrative, commission-free direct bookings.
“STAAH has empowered Malhar Machi Luxury Mountain Resort with seamless distribution, higher visibility, and stronger revenue growth,” said Manoranjan Panda, VP Sales, Swara Group.
“We are delighted with the positive changes our solutions have made possible for Malhar Machi. Their operations are faster, more accurate, and strategically driven by real-time data, their occupancy rates are higher across both peak and off-peak seasons, and their online presence is stronger with better visibility across booking platforms. This has left the staff with more time to focus on curating the best guest experiences for guests,” said Shoaib Ali, National Sales Head India, STAAH.
