The Association of Tourism Service Providers of Bengal (ATSPB) in collaboration with India Tourism Kolkata Office, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, hosted two-day workshop on 11 November and 19 November 2025 at the India Tourism Office Hall, Kolkata.
Mr. Pranav Prakash, Deputy Director General (DDG) and Director ( east) of Ministry of Tourism, Government of India also addressed the gathering on the occasion.
Both sessions brought together tourism stakeholders, travel professionals, and digital creators eager to strengthen their digital presence and improve audience engagement. The sessions focused on strengthening digital skills in the tourism sector, highlighting the role of AI in branding, effective social media strategies, and techniques to enhance audience engagement.
Trainers Tirthankar Dey and Sutapa Dey Ghosh guided participants through practical tools, case studies, and methods to help tourism professionals adopt smarter digital practices for better outreach and promotion.
