Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata invites guests on a culinary journey filled with soulful flavours and comforting bites with ‘Seoul Served’—a week-long celebration of Korean food at Tess. Scheduled from 12th to 20th July, the festival offers a thoughtfully curated menu inspired by Korea’s beloved bold, sweet-spicy flavours and homestyle textures.
Crafted with authenticity and flair, Seoul Served brings together a range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian specialties that reflect the essence of Korean eats – Crafted to delight the palate and bring comfort in every bite.
For non-vegetarian connoisseurs, the highlights include Chicken Hot Wings—seasoned and deep-fried to perfection, the sweet and crispy Chicken Gang Jeong, and a soul-soothing Seafood Udon Soup brimming with shrimp, squid, and assorted vegetables. Guests can also indulge in Chicken Katsu—crispy fried chicken served with rice and salad, and Pork Bulgogi—a savoury Korean-style stir-fry paired with jasmine rice.
Vegetarian offerings are equally enticing with flavourful favourites such as Kimchi Fried Rice, the iconic Kimbap—a Korean rice and vegetable roll wrapped in seaweed, and Mandu, the quintessential street-style dumpling. The menu also features Gimmari (glass noodles and vegetables wrapped in seaweed), house-made Korean Kimchi, and Sweet & Crispy Korean Fried Tofu—silken tofu tossed in sweet and sour sauce, served with jasmine rice.
