Shangri-La hotels across the Middle East, Europe, the United Kingdom,India, the Indian Ocean and the Americas will unite this October 2025 for Taste of Shangri-La, amonth-long culinary journey celebrating the artistry of the group’s acclaimed chefs. Throughout themonth, participating hotels will showcase exclusive multi-course menus and signature creations thatreflect the diverse flavours, traditions and creativity of their destinations.

The line-up includes Shangri-La Dubai, Shangri-La Bosphorus in Istanbul, Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri inAbu Dhabi, Shangri-La Paris, Shangri-La Jeddah, Shangri-La New Delhi, Shangri-La the Shard inLondon, Shangri-La Bangalore, both Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah and Shangri-La Al Husn in Muscat,Shangri-La Toronto, Shangri-La Le Touessrok in Mauritius, and both Shangri-La Colombo and Shangri-La Hambantota in Sri Lanka. Guests will be welcomed into some of the brand’s most celebratedrestaurants, such as Hoi An, Shang Palace, IST TOO, La Bauhinia, Niyyali, Sorrento, TĪNG, Caprese,Ssaffron, Yataii, Capri Court, Chow Mee, Bait Al Bahr and Sultanah.

Flavours of India, Crafted by the World:

At Shangri-La Eros New Delhi, Italian artistry meets Cantonese tradition. Sorrento’s menu showcasesScottish salmon salad, lamb Ragout Bianco ravioli and a sea bass finale, while Shang Palace presentsCantonese delicacies like spicy edamame dumplings, Sanchen-spiced chicken, and wok-fried prawnswith leeks.

At Shangri-La Bengaluru, the celebration unfolds across four distinctive dining destinations. Capresehighlights refined Italian flavours with truffle-led creations, while Ssaffron celebrates India’s culinaryheritage with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, from Multani paneer tikka to Alleppey fishcurry. Shang Palace continues its tradition of authentic Cantonese cuisine, featuring roasted Pekingduck, and Yataii brings Japanese artistry to the table with sushi, tempura, and teppanyaki offerings.

Menus are specially priced from INR 2,500 per person in Bengaluru, and INR 3,500 at New Delhi,making this global culinary journey both accessible and indulgent.

From Dubai to Abu Dhabi, London to Paris, and Istanbul to the banks of the Bosphorus, Shangri-La’scelebrated restaurants are setting the table for a rare culinary sojourn. Guests can journey throughCantonese traditions at Shang Palace with charcoal buns, braised ribs, and wok-seared lobster, orimmerse themselves in the vibrancy of Vietnam at Hoi An with the crunch of Bánh Xèo and fragrantbowls of Quang Noodles. In Abu Dhabi, the elegance of French gastronomy takes centre stage atBord Eau with artful plates of Rose de Saumon and saffron-kissed Turbot, while London’s TĪNG payshomage to British seasonality with salmon cured to perfection and a touch of indulgence in char siu-style pork belly.

Further west, Paris offers its own symphony of flavours; La Bauhinia pairing foie gras with fruit-laceddelicacy and Shang Palace weaving Cantonese authenticity with Parisian flair, while in Istanbul, ISTTOO draws from the city’s rich heritage with scallops, lamb, and spice-laden sauces.
