The literary world of Rajasthan will always remain grateful for the literary contributions of Marwar Ratna Shri Deep Singh Bhati, said Hinglaj Dan Ratnoo.
Born in Randha village of Barmer district in the desert region of western Rajasthan, Shri Deep Singh Bhati is a distinguished son of the soil. He has been immensely blessed by Goddess Saraswati (Veena Pani), reflected in both his writing and speech. Through Dingal Rasaval, and as the “torchbearer of the desert,” he has made significant contributions toward establishing the unique identity of Rajasthan’s literature, history, art, and culture.
Following the guiding principles of “self-satisfaction” (Swantah Sukhaya) and “welfare and happiness of the masses” (Bahujan Hitaya, Bahujan Sukhaya), he has served the literary world in a way that continues to inspire writers across the state.
Expressing these views, Hinglaj Dan Ratnu, Assistant Director at the Information and Public Relations Department, Rajasthan Information Center, Kolkata, said that such personalities devoted to literature are always worthy of reverence.
