INGREDIENTS :
Chenna
Big Cardamom seeds
Green cardamom powder
Coconut Milk
Coconut fresh grated
Mustard Oil
Ghee
Cream
Saunf , Saunf Powder
Salt and Sugar
Green chilly
Ginger green chilly Jeera paste
Tomato puree
Cashew paste
Garam Masala Powder
Jeera powder
Dhaniya Powder
Flour
Bay leaf , Whole Garam Masala
Refined oil – for frying
Kashmiri chilly powder
METHOD :
Mash the chenna , make a fine dough nodding , add seasoning , green Elaichi powder , Saunf and Saunf powder , flour , mix it so well that it looks like white marble
ball . give a shape as you desire , medium heat the oil in a pan , fry till golden brown Colour , keep a side , Heat the pan . add oil , and ghee , put whole garam masala ,
add saunf . Add the ginger gr chilly and jeera paste , cook well , add tomato paste , add chilly powder , salat and spices , cook 15 minutes , add cashew and coconut
paste cook another 10 minutes . add water and season it . Add the dumplings and cook for 5 minutes Finish with coconut cream and ghee .
