On the menu: The Treasure of Chilika will be the spotlight to the opulent and diverse tastes drawn from
the renowned Chilika Lake. The in-house culinary team will prepare a mesmerizing array of delectable
treasures, from seafood delicacies to vegetarian delights like Kankada Jhola, Chingudi Ghanta(Prawns),
Pohola Besara Poda, Chhatu Besara, Bori Chura to name a few. Additionally, there will be a Chilika
seafood corner, an exclusive live station offering succulent prawns, crabmeat, flavorful fish, and
delectable clams, each dish celebrating the abundance of the lake.
