Onion – 50 gms
Black Salt- 2 gms
Green Chilli – 10 gms
Water- 0.075 kg
Mint leaves – 20 gms

METHOD:
Fine chop the onion, green chilli and coriander leaves. set aside. Take a bowl and add sattu flour along with black salt, fine chopped onion, green chilli and coriander leaves.Gradually add water to the mixture and whisk to avoid any lumps.Finish with freshly squeezed lemon juice and keep it in the refrigerator for an hour to get chilled . Serve cold
