Starting 8th March to 16th March ’25 relive the true essence of Southeast Asia’s street food with a delicious array of skewered and barbecued delicacies inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Indonesia and Malaysia.
Known for its juicy marinated, bite-size pieces of meat, skewered, barbecued, and usually served with a peanut-flavored dipping sauce, the popular street-food from Southeast Asia will offer food lovers a variety of dishes, each infused with aromatic spices and traditional marinades that transport them straight to the bustling food streets of Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, and Bangkok.
Every dish has been meticulously crafted by the culinary maestros of Empress of China to provide an unforgettable dining experience that combines traditional flavors with gourmet sophistication. Guests can indulge in a selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian skewers, including:
1) Tofu Satay
2) Singaporean Style Shrimp Satay
