IHG® Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s leading hotel companies, has signed a management agreement with Hotel Chetan International to develop two new hotels in Bengaluru: Crowne Plaza Bengaluru KIADB Aerospace Park in the premium segment and Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru KIADB Aerospace Park from the company’s essentials collection. Scheduled to open in the quarter 1 of 2028, the dual development will add over 420 keys to IHG’s growing portfolio in India.
Located within Bengaluru’s largest industrial and aerospace parks and in close proximity to Kempegowda International Airport, the hotels will be well-positioned to capture demand from leading aerospace and technology companies, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), and corporates in the vicinity. Additionally, with the upcoming BCCI Centre of Excellence and National Cricket Academy situated opposite the upcoming hotels, as well as strong residential and commercial catchments nearby, both hotel will benefit from the demand coming from social, leisure and MICE segments.

The 210-key hotel will feature four dining options including an all-day dining restaurant, specialty restaurant, lobby lounge and pool bar. The hotel will also offer extensive meeting spaces across four venues including a ballroom, making it well-suited for conferences, weddings and social gatherings. Additional amenities will include dedicated retail spaces designed to enhance the guest experience, along with ample parking facilities.
Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru KIADB Aerospace Park:
The 210-key hotel will feature a fitness centre, and convenient parking spaces. Staying true to the brand ethos of offering simple and smart stays, the hotel will cater to the needs of today’s time-conscious travellers looking for comfortable accommodation with essential amenities.
