Homegrown hospitality group Onora Hospitality, which owns and operates hotel brands of jüSTa Hotels & Resorts, NUO by jüSTa and Bookmark Resorts, has partnered with Aviyaara Hospitality to introduce its vibrant and fast-growing brand NUO by jüSTa to Nagpur.
Inspired by the ideology of ‘Moving Forward’, the NUO by jüSTa brand blends the comfort and intimacy of a boutique hotel with the efficiency, design and operational intelligence demanded by India’s young professionals. The concept brings together smart rooms, thoughtfully designed workspaces and lively social zones with networking and connection at its core. Developed on a low-capex, high-efficiency model, NUO by jüSTa offers investors a scalable hospitality concept adaptable to major metros as well as Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

Strategically located along the Middle Ring Road at Hiwari Layout, the upcoming NUO by jüSTa property is nestled between Wardhman Nagar — one of Nagpur’s most affluent neighbourhoods — and a rapidly developing residential and commercial hub. With metro stations, colleges, hospitals, family offices and wedding venues all within a one-kilometre radius, the location offers excellent connectivity and access. Despite the area’s growing vibrancy, it currently lacks quality accommodation options, making NUO by jüSTaa timely and valuable addition to Nagpur’s hospitality landscape.
The hotel is expected to open within two years and will feature 40 rooms, a co-working café, a meeting room and a multi-purpose social space for events and gatherings.
The promoters of Aviyaara Hospitality are a long-established Nagpur-based business family with interests in mining, education and hospitality. They expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration.
