A high-level delegation from Bihar Tourism, led by Tourism Director and Special Secretary Mr. Udayan Mishra, is participating in the international tourism exhibition held in Paris, the capital of France. During this event, the delegation is presenting Bihar’s diverse tourism potential and emerging destinations to a global audience.
The delegation held meetings with several international tourism companies, tour operators, and investors. During these meetings, the department highlighted Bihar as a safe and attractive destination for tourism investment and assured full support.
The showcase prominently featured Bihar’s rich heritage, including Buddhist, Ramayana, Sikh, and eco-tourism circuits. Officials noted that these circuits are attracting significant interest from global tourists and are expected to create new opportunities for the state’s economy.
A large number of foreign delegates are visiting the Bihar pavilion in Paris. This interest reflects Bihar’s growing presence on the international tourism map. The Tourism Department believes that participation in such global events will give Bihar a new identity on the international stage and open doors for fresh investment opportunities.
