MUMBAI | 27 OCTOBER 2025:
In a milestone moment for hospitality and design, Ginger, the lean luxe offering by The Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, partners with Asian Paints, India’s leader in décor and design innovation, for a first-of-its-kind collaboration. Together, they have reimagined eight exclusive rooms at Ginger Goa, Candolim and transformed into immersive, design-led experiences. Showcasing with Asian Paints’ luxurious Royale Play textures from the Italian collection, the partnership introduces a new dimension to hospitality interiors, where colour, texture and finish, work in harmony to turn every stay into a sensory journey.
Redefining the stay experience, the partnership brings a creative transformation to an entire floor at Ginger Goa, Candolim, under the concept, A Royale Touch. Designed exclusively with Asian Paints Royale Play textures, renowned for their craft-inspired finishes and ability to turn walls into tactile works of art, the collaboration brings rich textures, Italian design influences, and emotional depth into every corner of the space. The result is a new layer of luxury where expressive and nuanced palettes from Royale Play, a brand that stands as the market leader in the texture category, elevates every guest experience.
Whether it’s the calming petal-like formations in the Canvas Dune and Corolla Curve suites, or the semi-polished elegance of marmorino multitone along the corridors, each surface has been thoughtfully chosen to evoke a distinct mood. Finishes like calcecruda mirror stucco paladeo tile and Royale Glitz reserve luxury emulsion in the Fresco Calce and Stucco Poise suites bring depth, gloss, and durability creating spaces that are as functional as they are visually engaging.
Each of the eight rooms has been individually styled with its own design narrative, drawing inspiration from natural elements and artisanal finishes. The newly designed spaces feature a rich palette of tones and textures that transform walls into stories. Ginger and Asian Paints continue to reinvent their design language unlocking a new avenue where hospitality meets high design to deliver stays that are both meaningful and memorable.
