Seeing the huge success story of Goa Tourism Development Corporation’s (GTDC) initiative of Goa Miles, FrotaMiles Private Limited has now planned a Pan India footfall and under the name All Miles will first step into Mumbai, the financial capital of the country, announces Mr. Utkarsh Dabhade, Founder & CEO.
Speaking at the sidelines of SATTE 2026 in Yashobhoomi Convention Centre, where Goa Miles has given its stall inside the Goa Pavillion to www.thetravelandtourismtimes.com, Mr. Utkarsh Dabhade said, “ We have started this service around 7 and a half years back. Starting merely with 40 cabs, today we have 5000 plus vehicles which are running across the state of Goa. And totally per day approximately 20 to 25 thousand people were mobilizing in Goa. Which tourists plus the locals are leveraging our services out there.”
This is the country’s first example to create a sustainable transport economy on a truly cooperative model. Apart from the driver welfare schemes, we have initiated Mukhyamantri Goencho Taxi Patrao Scheme (MGTP). Under that, you know, we have empowered many people with CNG – fuelled green taxis and so far these empowered people are doing their business in the best way across the state of Goa.
Now we want to replicate this successful model across the nation. So soon we will be coming across the nation with the brand name of All Miles. That is from the first mile to the last mile.

Where it’s a zero commission taxi service available for each and every person across the nation. You go to any cities, you can leverage All Miles services. Enrolment has started from Mumbai and soon we will declare the launching.
After starting with Mumbai, then which other cities All Miles will enter one after another includes Pune, Dehradun, then Uttarakhand and other locations. And New Delhi is also on the pipeline.
Based on the success and implementation of this location, we will go for other territories. So the plan is in the next 2 to 3 years, we should be in at least tier 1 and tier 2 cities.
That’s the plan.
“Financially Goa Miles is also becoming strong with great performances in the years 2024, 2025 and 2026, it’s a very positive thing for us. The company has been cash positive for the last 3 years. We are a bit positive, cash positive and we are doing good business,”he added.
What is exclusive, what is different with the rival companies:There are a couple of things, but let me count the 3 to 4 things which are very key and core to our business. First of all, it’s a zero commission taxi service as compared to the rivals out there. We don’t charge any sort of commission from the taxi driver for that.
Second, it’s a fixed rate. We don’t do the dynamic pricing like other competitors are doing in the country. So morning, evening, they keep changing the rates. So we have a fixed rate. Day, night, Diwali, Christmas, New Year on all festivals and occasions , Goa Miles have only one rate over there. For the last 7 years, we have been working on this ethos.
And third is that we prefer empowering the local people, local bhoomiputra. So being vocal for locals is a mantra for us. So that gives us leverage to create a sustainable transport economy for the particular geography.
I have come to this last initiative after a long time. Earlier, you were in different positions. What led you to this Goa Miles launching? In a way, I’m a third generation transporter.
My grandfather started a long way back in 1934, passenger mobility. After that, my father took over that business. After completing my master’s and spending more than 12 years into cyber security, IT security, I turned back to my roots because I know the pain areas of this domain very well.
And that’s the motivation for me to start the business in transport mobility, particularly passenger mobility. And the ethos of our initiative is that, and the biggest motivation, to bring change management to uplift the lifestyle of all captains and tribals who are associated with this.
Well, for taxi use, definitely in an adult, above 18 age group use Goa Miles App, but nowadays the mobile apps are accessible even to senior citizens.
But yes, the Gen Z’s and the mid-age people are the most users of this application across the nation and across the globe. And in terms of tourists and locals, we have around 70 to 80% of the tourist population. And around 25% to 30% is for the locals, that is the Goan people.
And in 72%, 90% is the domestic users. Around 10% are international users. And what safety precautions or safety measures Goa Miles? Because safety is a key issue when you say Goa is a destination where a lot of foreigners also come.
Goa Miles have a very foolproof mechanism for the security and safety of the passengers or tourists coming to Goa, in fact, utilizing our services. So we have a hardware inbuilt panic button into the vehicles, which is connected to the local transport authorities over there. That is with GPS tracking.
Apart from that, there is a panic button into the mobile app and in passengers and the drivers. The SOS is monitored in our command centre, which is set up in Panjim over there. The DR mechanism for that is in Madgaon.
“So we have two different operation centres over there. And around 25 people are manning this day and night job. Per shift, eight people are over there.
So each and every alert we monitor. There are a lot of intelligence we use as an AI mechanism to analyse and understand each and every trip over there. So in case of deviation, in case of unwanted voltage over there.
So we monitor that very closely. And any alerts that have been identified, there is an escalation mechanism for that to address it. Absolutely there will be employment opportunities also when Goa Miles is expanding to All Miles.
So far we have onboarded almost 200 people in the state of Goa, all local people. And more than 5,000 people are associated as a captain or driver with us. Across the nation, yes, we look forward to more on that part,” he added.
Particularly for Goa, the National Operations Centre for All Mile, that will be set up in the state of Goa again. So, the Goa Mile team will monitor the taxi for Mumbai and other locations.
