RECIPE OF THE WEEK: AVOCADO AND MANGO SALAD

INGREDIENTS :

1. Ripe Mangoes -2
2. Large Avocado -1
3.Turnip (medium sized) -1
4. Lime Juice – 1 tbsp
5.Tangerine Juice -1 tbsp
6.Olive Oil -2 tsp
7. Cilantro Leaves -1 tbsp

METHOD:

•Peel and chop the Mangoes, avocado, and turnip.

•Chop the cilantro leaves very finely.

•In a bowl add the fruits and the chopped leaves, then add the lime and tangerine juices.

•Mix them gently. Refrigerate it and then serve.
