To soak:
1Rum and sugar(sugar syrup)1tsp
For the Filling:
1strawberry compot2tsp
2cinnamon1 stick
3sweetened, whipped cream40gm
4Chocolate to decorate10gm
Preparation time:
1Whip egg and sugar together until light and fluffy.
2Fold in flour, cocoa and baking powder with water.
3put into a round ring Bake at 190 degrees C for 15 minutes.
4Remove from oven, cool and split in half horizontally.
5Soak sponge with rum sugar syrup.
6Cook strawberry in syrup cinnamon
8Layer the cake with whipped cream and strawberry.
9Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate and serve chilled.
