Jasmine Rice
Grilled Chicken Slice
Bacon – Optional
Fish – Optional
Fried / Poached Egg
Cucumber
Long Beans
Radish
Gherkin
Bell peppers
Mushrooms Blanched
Chard Green / Brocolli / Spinach
Gochujang sauce
Sprouts
Sesame seeds
Dark soy
Chilly beans paste
METHOD :
It’s a simple yet delicious rice bowl , Boiled rice , grilled the fish and chicken with seasoning and then mix with gochujang sauce , blanched and saute the vegetables separately , mix with soya and sauce , place and arrange the rice and all other ingredients , pour over with chilly bean sauce and gochujang sauce from top with sprinkle sesame seeds .
