On 8 July this year, Institute of Hotel management ( IHM)Taratala Kolkata collaborated with HRAEI to conduct a training session for cooks at the institute premises as part of the Summer Training Programs promoted by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.
The programme was aimed to upskill trainees in terms of skills and their culinary knowledge. The session was conducted by Chef Trainer Silajit Ghosh. The participants came from various hotels across eastern part of India and shared positive feedback about the program.

On 9 July this year,IHMTaratala Kolkata collaborated with HRAEI to conduct a bakery workshop for upskilling culinary artists and updating them in the latest trends. The session was conducted by Chef Trainers l, Chef Subhadip Saha and Chef Pratiti Pal. The participants appreciated the hands on experience and innovations experienced. IHM Kolkata Principal Mr Raja Sadhukhan was present on the occassion and spoke to the participants.
On 10 July this year IHMTaratala Kolkata collaborated with HRAEI to conduct a session on cocktails to encourage the growth and development of aspiring mixologists as per latest industry standards. The session was conducted by Mr. Subhankar Mondal, senior faculty member of the F&B Service department. The participants appreciated the session and innovations learnt in the sessions. Principal Mr Raja Sadhukhan thanked all for being present and making this event a grand success.
