Inspired by the rustic charm of traditional Asian claypot cooking, each bowl is crafted to bring out layered flavours that only slow heat can create. The festival offers a curated spread of vegetarian and non-vegetarian combinations—each one hot, hearty and perfect for lingering winter meals.
Vegetarians can tuck into bowls featuring Soba and Udon Noodles, Jasmine Rice, Shiitake Mushrooms, Tofu, Asparagus and light broths infused with delicate spice. Clean flavours, warm notes and a home-style Asian sensibility make these bowls instantly comforting.
For non-vegetarian diners, the line-up features Chicken, Prawn and Pork paired with Chilli Oyster, Kung Pao, Spicy Coriander and other robust Asian sauces.
