Suba Hotels Limited has successfully launched and commenced operations of 7 (Seven) hotel properties across key locations in India on 07 April 2026.
The Company has commenced operations of seven hotel properties, namely Click Collection Aster located in Jaipur, Rajasthan with 42 rooms (operated under Revenue Share model); Comfort Hotel Kishore in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh with 34 rooms (Franchisee model); Comfort Inn Metropolis in Mumbai, Maharashtra with 36 rooms (operated under Management and Revenue Share model); Quality Inn Gurgaon in Gurgaon, Haryana with 58 rooms (operated under Revenue Share model); Clarion Inn Greywall in Amritsar, Punjab with 48 rooms (Franchisee model); Click Hotel Lite Chakan in Pune (Chakan), Maharashtra with 36 rooms (Asset Owned model); and Click Hotels Gachibowli in Hyderabad, Telangana with 48 rooms (Management model).
Post this expansion, the total number of hotel properties of the Company in the respective locations will be as follows: Chakan – 1; Jaipur – 3; Azamgarh – 1; Mumbai – 5; Gurgaon – 2; Amritsar – 5; and Hyderabad – 4. Suba Hotels Ltd celebrates Founder’s Day with the launch of 7 new properties (300+ keys), taking its portfolio to 4,660+ keys across 102+ hotels in 73 destinations. Collectively, this expansion adds 302 rooms (keys) and represents all operating models of the Company, including revenue share, franchise, management, and asset ownership, primarily across third party owned assets.
The expansion is aligned with the Company’s diversified, asset-light strategy aimed at strengthening its presence across high-growth business, leisure, and religious destinations. The details of the said properties are enclosed herewith as Annexure A. The addition of these properties enhances the Company’s operational portfolio, increases its geographical footprint, and is expected to contribute positively to the Company’s revenue and brand visibility.
