Crafted entirely without onion and garlic, the veg menu honours the satvik spirit of Navaratri while retaining the bold, comforting flavours that Chowman is loved for so that fasting and feasting can go hand in hand this festive fortnight.
The menu opens with a steaming bowl of Crispy Noodles Oriental Soup, before moving on to a spread of much-loved starters such as the golden Shanghai Spring Roll, the irresistible Crispy Chilli Potato, the smoky indulgence of Chilli Baby Corn and Mushroom, and paneer done two ways in the fiery Kung Pao Paneer and the vibrant Green & Red Pepper Paneer.
