Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa is pleased to announce the appointment of Shoeb Mohammed as Director of Operations. Shoeb brings over 15 years of leadership experience in the luxury hospitality sector across India and Canada. He combines strategic thinking and operational efficiency with a deep understanding of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, alongside a proven ability to manage large-scale events and groups while consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences.

In his role as Director of Operations, Shoeb will leverage his expertise in luxury hospitality and operational leadership to support the continued growth of Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa. Drawing on his strengths in people development and performance management, he aims to optimise profitability while fostering service innovation, developing compelling concepts and upholding the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

Shoeb began his leadership journey with Hyatt, where he progressed through the ranks, gaining hands-on experience across various operational functions and international markets. He subsequently held a director-level role with Marriott, further strengthening his expertise in food and beverage and overall hotel operations. Now returning to the Hilton family, he brings more than 15 years of experience as a people-first leader with a strong focus on operational excellence and team development.
