IndiGo, India’s preferred carrier, is excited to announce the integration of its Fast Forward (FFWD) and Priority Boarding services at airports to enhance the boarding process.
Under FFWD, IndiGo will continue offering priority check-in service and introduce anytime boarding. Your checked-in baggage will arrive with all other customer’ baggage. Customers who have already purchased FFWD, will be notified about the changes through direct communication.
This integration is aimed at simplifying our offerings, providing a unified product with combined check-in and boarding benefits for the convenience of our customers.
