The celebrated chef behind three Michelin-starred Osteria Francescana—twice crowned ‘The World’s Best Restaurant’—presented his masterful six-course tasting menu at Le Cirque Signature. Guests savoured the creations of a culinary visionary who has redefined contemporary Italian gastronomy through his unique approach that marries tradition with innovation.

The event generated unprecedented enthusiasm, with all seats claimed within just 10 days of an announcement testament to both the chef’s global stature and Bengaluru’s appetite for such luxury-driven F&B experiences. Select media, culinary enthusiasts, Industry partners and influencers gathered at ZLB23 for an intimate 60-minute conversation between Bottura and India’s foremost food authority, Vir Sanghvi. The highlight of the evening was Bottura’s certification of the ZLB Negroni, adding a touch of his signature flair to the event.

Throughout the evening, Bottura led the audience through his extraordinary journey, weaving together narratives of tradition and innovation, challenges and triumphs.
