EDUCATION : INSTITUTE OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT TARATALA SIGNS A LANDMARK MoU WITH INDIAN MARITIME UNIVERSITY , KOLKATA

In a significant development today,  Institute of Hotel Management  (IHM) Taratala Kolkata signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Maritime University (IMU) Kolkata.

This exclusive MoU will facilitate and enable students studying in the discipline of Hospitality Education at IHM Taratala Kolkata to become equipped with the essential skills of a seafarer – skills which will propel them further in the field of Cruise lines.

Furthermore the MoU will enable the cadets of IMU Kolkata to get trained in the trade of Hospitality, service aptitude and skills.

The document was signed by  RAdm Amit Bose (Retd), Campus Director, Indian of Maritime University (IMU) , Kolkata   and  Principal, IHM Taratala Kolkata, Mr. Raja Sadhukhan.

This begins a new chapter of collaboration between the two neighbouring institutions.
