The Department of Tourism, Government of Uttar Pradesh, has executed two Concession Agreements under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mode for the development and operation of Rahi Tourist Guest Houses. This initiative is part of the ongoing efforts to strengthen tourism infrastructure in the state.
1. Rahi Tourist Guest House, Deva Sharif (Barabanki):
On 23rd July 2025, a Concession Agreement was signed with M/s Deva Sharif Hotels and Resorts Pvt. Ltd. for the development and operation of Rahi Tourist Guest House, Deva Sharif (Barabanki) on lease under the PPP model.
2. Rahi Tourist Guest House, Gopiganj (Bhadohi):
Another Concession Agreement was executed with M/s Carpet City Highway Nand Resorts Pvt. Ltd. for the development and operation of Rahi Tourist Guest House, Gopiganj (Bhadohi) under the PPP model.
