Experience the rich heritage and refined flavours of Awadhi and Lucknawi cuisine as Ministry of Kebab at Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences presents “Manzilat – Awadhi and  Lucknawi Culinary Festival”, a specially curated 5 day festival celebrating the royal culinary traditions of Lucknow.

The festival takes guests on a gastronomic journey to the royal kitchens of Lucknow, where slow cooking, aromatic spices, delicate kebabs, rich gravies and time-honoured recipes come together to create an indulgent dining experience. Inspired by the legendary Dastarkhwan of Awadh, Manzilat showcases the elegance of Lucknawi hospitality through a specially curated menu featuring an array of traditional kebabs, Awadhi curries, fragrant rice preparations, breads and exquisite desserts.

The menu features vegetarian specialities such as Chapati Paneer Handi Kabab, Soya Shami Kabab, Radish Sabz Zafrani Kabab, Kachkela Galauti Kabab, Veg Kakori Kabab, Tehari Pulao and Nadru Rezala.

Non-vegetarian highlights include Chapati Fish, Mutton Handi Kabab, Murgh Lazeez Bharwan Shami Kabab, Awadhi Mutton Galauti Kabab, Kakori Seekh Kabab, Jhinga Angara, Lakhnavi Yakhni Pulao and Nalli Nahari.

The culinary experience is further complemented by traditional breads including Ulta Tawa Paratha, Roghni Roti and Sheermal, while the dessert selection features Shahi Tukra, Shahi Kesar Halwa and Shahi Kheer, offering a decadent finale to the meal.

Adding to the experience, Dastarkhwan-inspired presentation, royal storytelling and themed music will bring alive the heritage of Awadh, with stories around iconic preparations such as Galauti, Kakori and Shami kebabs, as well as the traditional Dum cooking technique.
