The renowned and highly popular organization at the national level, Maha All India Marwari Federation, has been conducting a special camp to create awareness and provide free legal consultation, advice, and solutions to resolve various issues such as family disputes, separations, marital disagreements, financial and business transactions, property disputes, cheque bounce cases, DRT, banking matters, ancestral property, recovery of lost shares, as well as criminal and civil court-related matters.
This special legal awareness and consultation camp has been continuously organized every Sunday for the past 8 months at Dhandhaniya House, Girish Park, Kolkata, under the leadership of eminent senior advocate of the High Court and twice-elected popular President of the Calcutta High Court Bar Association, Advocate Ashok Kumar Dhandhaniya, from 11 AM to 2 PM.
In continuation of this initiative, last Sunday’s camp witnessed enthusiastic participation from the community. During the camp, all grievances and issues of the attending families and individuals were carefully heard, and they were provided with proper guidance, legal advice, and possible solutions.
This unique initiative by the Federation to resolve such pending disputes outside of court—through discussions, mutual agreements, compromises, reconciliations, and legally valid settlements—has been widely appreciated by the community. The program has also received immense praise from all sections of society and major social organizations.
The Federation’s National General Secretary, Advocate Kishan Killa, informed that under the leadership of Advocate Ashok Dhandhaniya, several community members including Shri Bulaki Das Mimani, Ratanlal Agrawal, Harinarayan Bhattar, Jogendra Jain, Dr. Suresh Kumar Agrawal, Sushil Agrawal, Ved Prakash Joshi, Jogendra Jain, CA Mohan Rungta, Murari Kedia, Pawan Chaudhary, Jay Prakash Murarka, Dr. Pooja Chaudhary, Prakash Killa, Rahul Agrawal, Ashok Sancheti, CA Manmohan Jhanwar, Prateek Dugar (MBA), and Ramesh Jain were present at the camp.
The program’s success was made possible through the special contribution of Senior High Court Advocate Shri Narayan Prasad Agrawal and Coordinator Mukesh Jindal.
