The second service session of awareness, legal consultation, advice and solution in the society to resolve different types of mutual family disputes, divorce, marriage related differences and disputes was organized by the popular organization Paschim Banga Pradeshik Marwari Sammelan recently in the presence of community members at Dhadhaniya House in Girish Park under the leadership of well-known and senior advocate of High Court and popular President of Kolkata High Court Bar Association elected for two consecutive sessions, Mr. Ashok Kumar Dhandhania.
The General Secretary of Paschim Banga Pradeshik Marwari Sammelan , Advocate Kishan Kila, said that the presence of people of the society in the camp was encouraging and the problems of the aggrieved families and individuals present were heard seriously and solutions were given to them through proper guidance, legal consultation and suggestions.
This effort of the Sammelan to resolve such family disputes pending in the court by sitting together and making reconciliation, suggestions, and mutual understanding and reconciliation between both the parties is being greatly appreciated by the society.
Incidentally, this free legal aid service camp is being organized continuously every Sunday between 11 AM to 1 PM. Ramesh Shobhasaria, Ashok Sancheti, the conveners, and Ratan Lal Agarwal, Vedprakash Joshi, Murari Lal Kedia, Mukesh Jindal, Sandeep Chaudhary, Rahul Agarwal, Pramod Jain, Shyam Sundar Goenka, Ramesh Jain, Yogendra Jain, Narayan Prasad Agarwal specially attended and contributed to make the program successful.
Mr. Kishan Kila, the General Secretary expressed special gratitude to Advocate Ashok Kumar Dhandhania on behalf of the Paschim Banga Pradeshik Marwari Sammelan for giving his valuable service and time.
